We all know how much Chhota Bheem loves ladoos So this time in Yummy by Mummy, I’m going to make tasty and nutritious Coconut Ladoos To make these, we need 2 and a half cup deciccated coconut that is easily available in the market 1 cup sweetened condensed milk a few dry fruits according to your preferences I have taken almonds, raisins and cashews 1 teaspoon Desi Ghee 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder. First we have to chop these dry fruits look, Cashews and then the raisins and finally the almonds. Keep this aside. Now we will turn on the stove and take a heavy base vessel We will put 1 tesspoon of Ghee When it melts We will spread it out properly like this The ghee is now warm We will add 2 and a 1/2 cup desiccated coconut to this and mix it properly with a spatula Keeping the stove on medium flame, we will stir it for 2-3 mins Keep in mind that we don’t have to brown the coconut too much Now we add the chopped dry fruits the colour looks so good Now we will mix this properly for another 1 minute Now we add the half a tesspoon cardamom powder and stir it well Now our coconut has cooked well It’s soft and tender We add the sweetened condensed milk to this Many people like to eat spoonfuls of this as it is, especially me! Now we mix it properly When we add the condensed milk, do be careful that the mixture is not too watery so that it is not difficult to shape them into ladoos The mixture should be dry ! Our mixture is almost ready! We know that its ready when it does not stick to the sides off the pan Turn off the stove and let it rest for a while Laksh really likes the homemade ladoos I make this frequently when we have cravings for sweets This is a quick and a simple recipe to make Coconut ladoos If you liked this, please tell me in the comment section and if you have any new recipe please share them to me so that i make then in the next episode In a flat plate we take half cup decicated coconut and take a little ghee Don’t let the mixture get too cold It should be slightly warm when you are making the ladoos Look at this, take some of the batter and roll it into spherical shapes Just like this with the help of your hands The next step is totally optional because I always say that kids love a good presentation and they find them attractive So we roll this ladoo in the dry decicated coconut This makes it look very appetizing In the same way we make the rest Our coconut ladoos are ready to ready to eat The mega contest is still on. if you want to win 5000 rupees cash, all you have to do is be a subscriber of A Classic Mom and leave a comment below on this video I’m going to announce the Lucky Winner once we hit 7000 subscribers In the growing years of children, parents must ensure that they are eating their food right!
